# Загрузка видео

Загрузка ваших видео — это первый шаг к получению подробного анализа на платформе AiKYNETIX. Следуйте приведенным ниже шагам, чтобы убедиться, что ваше видео загружено правильно и обработано без проблем.

1. **Выберите раздел загрузки:**\
   Перейдите в специально отведенную зону загрузки видео на вашей панели управления.
2. **Выберите тип активности:**\
   Укажите подходящий тип активности (Бег, Прыжки или Тяжелая атлетика) в зависимости от содержания вашего видео.
3. **Введите данные сессии:**
   * **Название сессии:** Укажите описательное название для вашей сессии.
   * **Выбор пользователя:** Выберите соответствующего пользователя (для загрузок от имени администратора выберите пользователя, от чьего лица выполняется загрузка).
   * **Дополнительные параметры:** Заполните любые другие параметры в соответствии с рекомендациями платформы (например, угол наклона для бега или тип упражнения для тяжелой атлетики).
4. **Загрузите ваше видео:**\
   После заполнения всех обязательных полей начните загрузку.
5. **Процесс обработки:**\
   После загрузки автоматически запускается процесс обработки видео. Система извлечет кадры, обработает данные и сгенерирует метрики.
6. **Уведомление и просмотр:**\
   По завершении обработки вы получите уведомление. После этого вы сможете просмотреть подробные отчеты и проанализированные данные через платформу.
